Where will the wedding events take place?

Everything will take place at our beautiful venue, Birchwood Meadow, located in Swanton, OH

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire, please! Suits and dresses are welcome :)

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! But we want this to be your night off, so this will be an adult-only event. We respectfully request no children under the age of 16

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the 3:30pm ceremony, there will be light bites and cocktails on the covered patio starting at 4:30pm

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation says, “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early, so you have time to park, mingle, and find a seat before the ceremony begins.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES! Please, if you have a food allergy that will put your health at immediate risk, include a special note with your RSVP in the area provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at our venue, yes!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We've hired a wonderful professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we'd hate to have a phone/device blocking that moment for her to capture. HOWEVER, we will have a short moment during the ceremony for everyone to get their phones out and snap as many pictures as they'd like! After that, we ask that you leave it up to the pros! We promise to share our professional ceremony photos as soon as we get them. After the ceremony concludes, feel free to take all the photos you want!
