I first met Ashley at St. Ann’s Catholic church and school. She was in the same class as my older sister and they became best friends. I don’t know how exactly we were introduced back then but I am glad we have remained friends through the years. I started dating Ashley in October of 2011 and so far the years have been great. I look forward to spending the rest of my life with her.
I don’t quite remember when or how I first met Jacob; yes, I know it was while we both went to St. Ann but the details aren’t there. When I look back, I remember meeting Mandi on the first day of seventh grade, I remember walking to the Library after school with her and her brothers, and I remember them quizzing my father about what was under the hood of his car. I don’t ever remember meeting Mandi’s youngest brother, but I am so grateful that I did. We didn’t start our budding romance until Mandi’s wedding planning brought me back into the Pitt household on a regular basis. Jacob pursued me for quite a while, and we finally went on our first date the day after Mandi married Jordan.
Jacob proposed with a custom, one-of-a-kind ring, he helped design specifically for her. The vintage inspired ring is set with, Ashley's favorite stone, and her birthstone, Alexandrite in the center, so depending on the light, her ring changes colors.
