Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The last day to RSVP is September 4th! But we both would prefer if you did it earlier :)

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are not asking for any physical gifts, but we would greatly appreciate money to help us with a down payment on a house! See the Registry tab for more information!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Since the ceremony is in the eastern time zone, most guests will need to leave one hour before you expect! If you're coming from middle TN, we recommend that you leave no later than 1:00 pm central time and arrive by 4:00 pm eastern. We will start promptly at 4:30, and you will not be allowed in the ceremony once it starts. Don't forget to account for Chattanooga traffic!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask our guests to dress semi-formal, which includes dresses, dress pants, dress shirts, and suits. Please no jeans or T-shirts :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

You may only bring a date if your invitation envelope says "and guest" next to your name. If you have a plus one available, it will show when you search your name to RSVP. If you're married, your spouse will be addressed on the invitation and they are invited!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, kids will not be allowed to attend the ceremony or reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For our close family traveling from out of town, we have reserved a guest house on the property. You will be notified if you are welcome to stay in that house. For our wedding party, we will be staying in the main villa at the venue! For all other guests, you will need to arrange your lodging. I put some hotel recommendations in the Travel tab!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You can personally let either Ashley or Cody know about any allergies. There will be some vegetarian options for food, but vegan options are not likely.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking on-site for the ceremony/reception!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, you must arrange your transportation if you will be lodging off the property. Be safe and plan ahead!
