How do I RSVP?

Answer

For our destination wedding, your room reservation through our wedding booking link will serve as your official RSVP. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll officially be on the guest list for our wedding events! Check out the Booking/Travel section of the website to complete this step or refer back to the email sent by Madison Ramirez.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for travel to the Dominican Republic. Be sure to check your expiration date well in advance of the trip. If you are unsure how to get a passport, reach out to Brittany or Ashford.

When should I book my room and flights?

Answer

An RSVP "Yes" will be noted if you book your room reservation by August 15, 2026. Flights are not included on the booking website. A $200 Non-Refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you choose to purchase travel protection insurance, insurance must be added at the time of booking and the cost of insurance is dependent on the total sale and due at the time of deposit.

Can I book airport transportation?

Answer

Yes! Through the site, you will be able to book your room reservation, airport transportation, and if you choose, add travel protection insurance.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the closest airport to the resort. Once you land, Dreams Macao Beach is approximately 40 minutes from the Punta Cana International Airport.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding will take place on Friday, June 11 at 5pm. We recommend arriving at least 1–2 days before the wedding to settle in and enjoy the resort before festivities begin. If you are a part of the wedding party or immediate family, the rehearsal dinner is the night before at 6:30 PM.

What should I wear?

Wedding attire details and dress codes for each event will be shared closer to the wedding.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

June in Punta Cana is warm and tropical, with temperatures typically in the 80s. Nighttime can bring the temperature down into the 70s.

Where will the wedding take place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside at the Sky Terrace. The cocktail hour and reception will also take place outside at the Macao Plaza.

Can I bring a plus one/my children?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and wedding package limitations, only guests specifically listed on your invitation will be included in the wedding events. While guests are welcome to travel with additional family members or children to enjoy the resort, we kindly ask that only invited guests attend the wedding celebrations. If you are unsure who is included in your invitation, please reach out to us directly before booking.

How long should I stay?

Answer

Dreams Macao Beach Resort requires a 3-night minimum stay. We have set up a room block from 6/9-6/14, 2027.
