Info for Parking and Shuttles

Entering West Point: - There are (x2) check points. Of the two lanes, please stay towards the left when approaching. Here you will be asked to show the same identification that was provided on your security access forms. Upon passing the first check Point the hotel will be located on a hill to your right. If you reach a second check Point you have gone too far. Parking: (x2) options: - As you arrive at the hotel entrance, tell the valet team that you are with the Davis/ Bryant wedding and you will receive valet parking at no charge. (Please note that in New York cash tips are expected) - if you wish to park your vehicle on your own you have the option. The parking lot is located at the bottom of the hill directly across from the hotel entrance near the athletic fields. Instead of turning right into the hotel, you will turn left into the parking lot. Shuttle Group “A” leaves at 11:00am from the Thayer and “B” at 11:25am
