When should I submit my RSVP by?

Please kindly submit your RSVPs by February 10, 2023.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal garden party attire, lighter and spring colors are encouraged. For example suits and ties, formal/cocktail dresses, or dressy pantsuits.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside with grass while the reception will be indoors. It may be warmer outside during the ceremony, so don’t forget your sunscreen!

How should I get to the venue?

Answer

Driving or ride share are the best means of getting there. There is a free parking lot at the front of the venue for guests bringing their own car. Guests may start arriving at 4:30pm and ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. It is about a 5 minute walk from the front of the venue to the ceremony site so please arrive on the earlier side.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a block reserved at the San Jose Marriot for a rate of $214/night which is located in the downtown area of the city. Please go to the "Travel & Stay" page of our website for the link to book at this discounted rate.

May I bring children to the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the wedding ceremony and reception.

May I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

You may bring a guest if your RSVP provides a space for you to indicate the name of your guest or their name is already listed. Otherwise we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests.

What food options will be available at the wedding?

Answer

At cocktail hour there will be a variety of hors d'oeuvres, while during the reception every guest will be provided a duet plate of steak and salmon. If you have a dietary restriction or allergy, please make sure to mention it in your RSVP. Also be on the lookout for the late night cup noodle bar when the dance floor opens!
