When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as your receive your formal invite! However, due to our wedding being out of state, we kindly request that you RSVP by NO LATER than January 11th 2024. If you do not RSVP by this time we will assume you are not attending.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

This wedding is formal, black-tie optional. (Tuxedos, suit & tie and formal, long gowns are all acceptable.)

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to restrictions at our venue we cannot accommodate anyone under the age of 18 years. We have decided to make this an adult-only affair. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance!

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both events will be held at The Addison Venue. The ceremony will be outside on the patio between the 100-year-old banyan trees. The reception will be inside the Main dining room.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and budget limitations, if your guest was not on your wedding invitation we will not be able to accommodate them. We hope that you can personally attend but we understand if you cannot.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?

Answer

We hired a trolly service to transport all guests to and from the venue/hotel. Once the wedding is closer specific times and details will be provided.

Are there any colors we should avoid?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid any colors traditionally reserved for the bride including whites, ivories, and creams.

Can I take photos and videos during the wedding?

Answer

We ask kindly that all phones and cameras are put away and turned off or to silent during the ceremony. We hired 2 professional photographers as well as a videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer/videographer to capture. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you want and share them all with us!
