It all started when a paper salesman walked into an ad agency. Justin and Emily met while Emily worked at a digital marketing agency in Allentown that worked with him as one of their vendors. Justin was affectionately known as “cracker jack” for bringing in tons of snacks for the office every time he came in. He was probably trying to win Emily over with candy and savory treats. Good start. Being just friends at first, they dated after many Musikfests, YPC Chamber happy hours, Ugly Christmas Sweater parties and brewery trivia. After a couple of years, a Bethlehem apartment & two resignation letters later, Emily & Justin found themselves out of jobs and unfortunately had to part ways. Emily moved to Charleston & Justin stayed in the Philly area. Fast forward to years…and I mean YEARS of Justin pining for Emily, they both finally found themselves back in the Lehigh Valley during the pandemic. Making sure to keep him 6 ft away at all times (except for when he’s handing her a beer), Emily & Justin rekindled their friendship and romance on hiking dates at Trexler Game Preserve. They started dating again in November 2021, trading shots at Tally Ho for library sales and Lowe’s trips. Justin left his Emmaus bachelor pad for the West End and was ready to tie the knot to secure his place and Costco membership in Teddy (and Emily’s) hearts forever.
