Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP (attending or not attending) by May 12th! At that time, we will be out of the U.S. with limited access to email/phone, so if we don't receive your RSVP on or before this date, you will be marked as "not attending" by our food and beverage vendors.

WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE OF THE EVENT?

Answer

The reception will be open-house style. In other words, there will be no set schedule besides the start and end time. While still a semi-formal event, the plan is just to mix, mingle, eat, and celebrate. Feel free to come and go as you please.

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

We would LOVE it if you took photos! And if you do - would you share them with us? We are using an app that allows you (our guests) to take photos throughout the night, uploading them to a shared space after you take them. It is a web-based app, so you will not need to download anything to your phone. Look out for the QR code to scan upon entering the venue and on each table. Forget to use the app (or don't want to) but still take photos? Feel free to send them to Jake or Savannah!

There will be a Tex-Mex bar and an assortment of Jake and Sav's favorite desserts.

What about drinks?

Answer

There will be an open bar (including sodas and mocktails for our underage guests or those who are not drinking) - so come thirsty and plan transportation accordingly!

Is there a place I can crash for the night?

Answer

Yes! We would ask that anyone who plans to take advantage of the open bar stay in the hotel we've blocked rooms for. See the "Hotel & Transportation" tab of the website for more info on this.
