A time to swing by and say "Hi". Cozy fire pit and some snacks. If you are around come by, we will just be arriving ourselves and setting in. We would love to see some people. Attire: Casual

Rehearsal

4:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Rehearsal & Rehearsal Dinner for Wedding Party and Close Family. We will be doing a walk through of the ceremony in the lawn outside of the lodge at BBR, then head to Eagle Crest in Redmond for dinner and miniature golf. (Bring Putters!) Address for Rehearsal Dinner: 8300 Cooper Hawk Drive Redmond, OR 97756. (From HWY 126 heading to Redmond, take the Cline Falls Hwy exit. Turn right onto Cline Falls Hwy. Look for Eagle Crest Resort and turn right onto Cooper Hawk Drive. The parking lot to the golf pro shop is at 8300 Cooper Hawk Drive. The pavilion is across the street on Redwing Loop.) -- Estimated 31 minute drive w/o traffic.

Wedding Ceremony & Celebration

4:30 pm

THE CEREMONY will begin at 4:30 on the lawn outside of the lodge overlooking the mountains. COCKTAILS & APPETIZERS to follow the ceremony on the lawn & deck. DINNER & DANCING will take place in the lodge after. Attire: Summer Semi-Formal Cocktail Attire. The grass can be soft, so maybe rethink stilettos. The evenings can get cooler plan accordingly.

Morning Brunch & Farewells

Casual Attire

To end the weekend on a high note, we’d love for you to join us for a casual post-wedding brunch the morning after the big day. We’ll be gathering at the Big Meadow Sports Pavilion, located just west of BBR off Hawks Beard Road, to share stories from the night before, enjoy some good food, and say our final goodbyes. A buffet-style brunch will be served, and we’ll have Bloody Mary's and Mimosas flowing! So come by, grab a bite, and help us send Seth & Alyssa off into their new adventure together.
