What is the dress code?

Answer

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events will take place outdoors on the lawn at Kumu Beach, with a marquee provided for shade and comfort. We recommend light, breathable fabrics to stay comfortable in the warm coastal weather, and block heels, wedges, or dressy flats as the ground will be grass.

What’s the weather like during that time of year?

Answer

In August, Colombo and the West Coast (including Bentota, Balapitiya, and Galle) are warm and humid, around 28-31 °C, with the occasional short tropical shower in the evening or early morning.
