Question

Where do we go when we arrive?

Answer

The welcome center, at the beginning of the village, will be where guests check in. They will be able to assist in any way they can with directions, times, etc.

Where do we park if we are not staying at the resort?

Answer

When you arrive at the resort, there will be signs for free parking lots. These are located at the beginning at the village. There are also minimal parking spaces in front of Timber Hall. There is a drop off location in front as well.

How do we get to the gondola?

Answer

The gondola is located at the farthest point in the village. If you walk through the village, you will be able to see it. Shuttles will be available to take guests from all hotel/condo locations to the gondola.

What if we have never ridden a gondola before?

Answer

There will be operators at the gondola to assist with anything that is needed. You simply walk on and off the gondola as it is moving slowly. *Operators are also able to stop the gondola during loading/unloading if necessary.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is semi-formal. Note: Please keep in mind that you will be on top of a mountain where the weather can vary from the bottom. You will be walking through grass/dirt walkways.
