What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM at Nanina's in the Park. The ceremony will be followed immediately by cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! We're providing complimentary shuttle service from the Hampton Inn & Suites to the venue and back. Please be ready to board by 5:30 PM (exact time coming soon). Make sure to list all shuttle riders when booking your hotel room! **Only guests staying at the hotel will have a seat on the shuttle to and from the venue**

What is the dress code?

We’re asking our guests to join us in formal attire for our elegant celebration at Nanina’s in the Park. Wear your finest evening wear and get ready to dance the night away!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We've hired a professional photographer to capture every moment! We kindly ask that you enjoy the ceremony unplugged - no phones, cameras, or tablets during the ceremony. Feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Nanina's in the Park has on-site parking and valet for all our guests. However, if you are staying at the hotel, we encourage you to use our shuttle service from the hotel so you can enjoy the celebration worry-free!

We kindly ask that only guests 18 years and older attend our celebration, ensuring a memorable adults-only evening for everyone.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please add to the notes or contact us directly to let us know your allergies. At the wedding, your table will have our own server who will be prepped beforehand. Feel free to share with them the day of as well!
