When is the room block open?
Answer
The room block is available to book from now until December 1st, 2026. After then, the hotel uses dynamic pricing subject to availability.

Are kids welcome?

Of course! Hotel and Park are kid friendly. Make sure to include them in the RSVP. Kids under 5 stay free.

How many people can stay in a room including kids?
Answer
The Suite Garden allows Maximum capacity up to 3 adults | 3 adults + 1 child | 2 adults + 2 minors | 1 adult + 3 minors type of bed subject to availability. If you want to add an additional child to a room you can respond to the confirmation email and request a roll away bed be added to the room. We recommend you do this asap to ensure availability. The cost of the room per person is reduced with more guests in a room.

Can I change my room type?

Yes! The garden room includes 2 queen beds. If you would prefer a King bed or a room type upgrade, you can request it when you receive the confirmation email from the hotel.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
There is a shuttle from Cancun Airport to Hotel Xcaret provided by the hotel. The shuttle takes approximately 50 minutes

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Yes, please arrive in the hotel lobby (time TBD) on Saturday evening for transportation to the ceremony at Xcaret Park

How do I make restaurant & excusrsion reservations?

The hotel will send a reservation form 30 days before your stay where you will be able to request reservations

How do I get to the Parks?
Answer
Scheduled shuttles operate between the hotel and all parks. The shuttles run every 20-30 minutes.

What do I need to bring for excursions?
Answer
Water shoes, reef-safe sunscreen, swimsuit, and a waterproof pouch for electronics. Some excursions will include towels and lunch.

Are there activities for kids at the hotel?
Answer
The excursions are all family friendly. There are also hidden waterslides around the hotel, pools, and beaches. Bring the kids along or drop them off at the kid club, no judgment.
