From the very beginning, our story has felt a little meant to be. We met freshman year of high school when we were supposed to have Ag Mechanics together. Austin messaged me before school started, we started hanging out, and somehow one conversation turned into years of friendship, memories, and eventually forever. Even though we met early on, we didn’t officially start dating until our senior year, proving that sometimes the best relationships start with a solid friendship first. Some of our favorite early memories are the simple ones: date nights watching Fast & Furious, Austin making hot cocoa and popcorn, late nights spent working on his truck together, and finding excuses to spend as much time together as possible. Since then, life together has been one adventure after another. From getting our puppy, Cash, to moving into our first rental home together, and now buying our very first house, every chapter has brought us closer and made us even more excited for what’s next. On December 31st, 2025, Austin gave us a New Year’s celebration we’ll never forget. Every year he puts on a huge fireworks show, so I thought it was just another tradition. He casually mentioned wanting pictures this time and had our friend set up his camera in the perfect spot. As midnight got closer and the fireworks lit up the sky, Austin got down on one knee right as the clock struck twelve. With fireworks exploding in the background, he asked me to marry him, and it was the most amazing and completely unexpected moment. What we love most about each other is how we balance and support one another through every season of life. Austin is the most thoughtful, caring, and loving person, and he’s always the first to drop everything to help someone in need. I love how caring and easygoing Aryanna is, and how much she supports me no matter what I’m doing. At the end of the day, our relationship is built on friendship, adventure, laughter, and doing life side by side. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of the people we love most.
