FAQs

If you have any questions about our FAQ or need clarification on anything we’ve listed, or if there’s something else you’d like to know about our wedding, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can contact us at 623-349-3285, and we’ll be happy to help!
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 20, 2025. If we haven’t received your response by then, we’ll have to assume you can’t make it, as we need to provide our venue with a final headcount. We’ll truly miss celebrating with you if you can’t attend.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Our ceremony will be adults only, but children are more than welcome at the reception! We’ll have plenty of fun activities to keep them entertained. Please note that the ceremony and reception will take place at separate locations.

Question

What if I can't find a babysitter for the ceremony?

Answer

We understand that childcare isn’t always easy to arrange. If you’re having trouble finding a sitter, please reach out to us we may be able to help coordinate one for you or provide recommendations to make things easier.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Dressy semi-formal with a backyard flair—cowboy style is encouraged!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’ve reserved space for our closest friends and family. The number of guests you may bring will be listed on your RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking, seating, and mingling.

Question

What if my name or guest count doesn't show up on the RSVP?

Answer

This is likely a mistake on our end, and we sincerely apologize! Please reach out to us so we can fix it right away—we would hate for you to miss out when you’ve been invited.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be outdoors.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographer can capture the moment. Feel free to snap away during the reception!
