When and where is the wedding?

We are getting married on July 14, 2027 in Koh Samui, Thailand at the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui.

What dates should I plan to be there?

We have a hotel room block from July 11 – July 18, 2027. There is a minimum 4-night stay required for the group rate.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We strongly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, where all wedding events will take place. Special booking instructions and rates are listed in the Hotel Booking section of the website.

What is the hotel rate and how do I book?

Answer

Rate: 11,000 THB per night (approximately $348.15 USD) Rates are per room, not per guest Breakfast is included To book at the group rate, you must email the hotel directly using the instructions on the website.

When can I book the hotel?

The group rate booking window is: March 1, 2026 – April 30, 2026 Bookings outside this window are not guaranteed the discounted rate.

How does hotel payment work?

Are children allowed?

Yes — children are welcome at your discretion. The resort offers: A kids club Extra beds available for 1,600 THB per night for guests 12 years and older. They are free for guest under 12.

Yes. Plus-ones are allowed. Please make sure to include them in your RSVP.

How do flights work?

Answer

Most international flights will: Fly into Bangkok (BKK) Connect to Koh Samui Airport (USM) Airlines typically release flight schedules 330–350 days in advance, so we recommend checking flights around August or September 2026.

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation will not be provided by the couple. For airport transfers, please contact @KEEKEETRAVEL to arrange a shuttle.

Yes. We plan to host group activities throughout the week. They are optional, not mandatory, and details will be shared closer to the date. They will be fun and worth it.

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our sunset wedding in Koh Samui, guests are invited to wear warm, earthy tropical tones such as terracotta, clay, peach, cinnamon, or muted mustard. Please avoid white/ivory and sage green, as these are reserved for the wedding party.
