Explore the town of Tubac! It's pretty small, but has some funky art galleries and shops. For food, we recommend Shelby's Bistro or Elvira's Mexican.
Tumacácori National Historical Park
You can hike, bike or walk the historic Juan Bautista de Anza Trail from the resort to Tumacácori. 9 minute drive, or 1.5 hour walk, from Tubac.
Madera Canyon
Known as a premier birding, hiking and mountain biking destination. 40 minute drive from Tubac.
Patagonia Lake State Park
Great spot for kayaking or canoeing. 45 minute drive from Tubac.
Downtown Tucson & Barrio Viejo
