What do I wear?
The ceremony will be outside and the rest of the wedding will take place inside. Something formal and comfortable for May weather would be advised.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The reception and cocktail hour will be inside and the ceremony will be outside. In the event of inclement weather the ceremony will be relocated inside.
What time should I arrive?
Guests may start arriving is 2:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm.
Is parking free?
There is free onsite parking.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. If you do wish to bring an additional guest please speak with us first.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #PetzoldFernandezWedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
April 19, 2024 is the deadline to RSVP but you are more than welcome to RSVP right now . . . Go do it.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly
