After meeting one another through a mutual friend, we decided to go on a first date. We spent the evening at a cozy cocktail bar in the East Village, chatting away—little did we know that 5 years later we would be getting married! Over the last few years, we have tried countless restaurants, taken incredible trips, run lots of miles, cooked delicious meals, and fallen in love with one another. On our third anniversary, we went to Morgan Park for a picnic and came home engaged! The day was filled with smiles, happy tears, and time celebrating with family.
