We went here for our first date! First we strolled around perusing the books, then we enjoyed them while having brunch at the upstairs cafe! It's located in Fairhaven (South Bellingham) so there are many little shops/restaurants to explore in the area.

This is a short walk from Village Books. There is a very pretty boardwalk/waterfront area that you can walk around and enjoy scenery/wildlife.
Downtown

Similarly, you'll find a lot of shops/restaurants in the downtown area around Cornwall and Holly Street.
