We met in 2009 (!!) at Temple University during a cast party and we’ve been dance partners ever since. He’s the Gwen to my Bob and he’s always down for a press lift into a dip. We’ve been through it all, with enough ups, downs, and trips to ChikFilA for a lifetime. Von is oh so talented and the most supportive gentleman. I cannot wait for him to tear up the dance floor!

Jen and I met behind the bar at Applebee’s, where we survived our never ending shifts on fruit snacks, candy, and caffeine. It feels like we’ve known each other our whole lives! She’s a beautiful friend and wonderful mother who is always there for you no matter what.

My wonderful sister in law who has felt like a sister since the day we met! Tereasa welcomed me in and made me feel like I had always been a part of the family. Our mutual love for theater and all things Disney certainly didn’t hurt. She’s beautiful onstage and off and I’m thrilled to finally have the sister I've always wanted!

Another applebabe for life! Linzy is one of the strongest, most fierce women I know. She loves with her whole heart and that makes her the most incredible friend and mother. She’s always down for a wine night or anywhere with a jukebox that we can take over!

Asia and I met working on Grease at Sketch Club, but it was during Cabaret the following summer and fall where we became close friends. She’s my forever waffle date and she never has to apologize for being a stage manager. Asia is a beautiful friend and I’m so lucky she’s in my life.

Matt and I were in choir together in school, but it wasn’t until after graduation that we became great friends. I’ll never forget the week I spent with him at his fraternity at Tulane during Mardi Gras. A multilingual, world-traveled pediatrician, Matt is one of the most interesting people I know.

The perfect combination: friend, buddy, and guy. We met working together at Wawa and then we lived together for a year and had a great time as roommates. We drove across the country when he decided to move to Seattle and it was a trip I’ll never forget. Braulio’s a friend for life.

Jamal recently received an honorary discharge from service. We met through Braulio and he also was a part of our cross country trip to Seattle. He’s always down for a trip to the movies and Zinburger! Thank you for your service. We’re so glad you’re back in the area.

The one friend who drives you crazy! We met at Wawa where Walter was a customer who couldn’t help but chat with me each time he visited. We eventually became great friends and he joined us on the Seattle trip.

Poet, author, and teacher, Egor was a foreign exchange student back in grade school. We became friends then and we reconnected as adults when he moved back to the states. I’m so thankful we reconnected and became closer friends again now that he’s living a comfortable life in Philadelphia.
