2016年6月 Carol來到美國並加入迦南台灣基督教會，固定在華語部＋活水團契聚會服事 Carol moved to the United States and joined Canaan Taiwanese Christian Church(CTCC), where she regularly attended and served in the Mandarin Ministry(MM) and Living Water Fellowship(LWF). 2018年7月 Arthur獨自一人來參加華語主日崇拜，接著加入活水團契，穩定聚會。Carol身為活水的關懷同工，主動跟Arthur建立關係，接下來就交給小家長弟兄照顧，未有太多接觸 Arthur attended the MM Sunday Service alone for the first time, then he joined LWF and began attending regularly. As a Caring Co-worker, Carol took the initiative to reach out to Arthur and connected him with a small group leader for further care and support. However, they didn’t have much interaction beyond that. 2018年12月 活水團契的小天使小主人活動結束後，Arthur突然送了一本食譜記錄本給Carol(因為Carol很會煮東西)，Carol感覺意外但沒有多想 After the LWF Secret Angel event, Arthur unexpectedly gave Carol a recipe notebook (because Carol is good at cooking). Carol was surprised by the gesture but didn’t think too much about it. 2019年1月 Arthur擔任活水的小家長之一，Carol被分在了Arthur的小家，開始有更多的接觸與認識 Arthur became one of the small group leaders in LWF, and Carol was assigned to Arthur’s small group. This led to more interactions and a deeper understanding between them. 2019年2月 Arthur開始約Carol出去吃飯/看電影，平常也會貼心送一些小物品，兩個人開始透過電話及訊息，有越來越多的認識 Arthur started asking Carol out for meals and movies. He also thoughtfully gave her small gifts from time to time. They began to communicate more frequently through phone calls and messages, deepening their understanding of each other. 2019/04/14 Arthur & Carol確認彼此心意，以結婚為前提開始交往❤️ Arthur and Carol confirmed their feelings for each other and began the relationship with the intention of marriage ever since.

在經歷5年多的交往後，Arthur覺得時候到了，開始秘密籌備求婚。2024/9/13當天晚上， 在Charles & Corinna歡送會+卡拉OK活動中，Arthur不斷點唱Taylor Swift各首甜蜜情歌， 突然就在眾人面前向Carol求婚，Carol驚嚇之餘，還是說了"我願意"！ After more than five years of dating, Arthur felt that the time was right and began secretly planning a proposal. On the evening of September 13th, 2024, during the farewell party for Charles & Corinna and a karaoke night, Arthur kept singing various sweet Taylor Swift love songs. Suddenly, in front of everyone, he got down on one knee and proposed to Carol.

2025/5/10，Arthur & Carol在兩人相遇的迦南台灣基督教會舉行結婚禮拜，並在 神面前及眾多親友/弟兄姐妹的見證下，完成神聖的誓言，結為夫妻 On May 10, 2025, Arthur & Carol held their wedding ceremony at Canaan Taiwanese Christian Church, the place where they first met. In the presence of God and with the witness of many family members, friends, brothers, and sisters, they made their sacred vows and were united in marriage.
