The nearest airport to Moraga, CA is Oakland International Airport (OAK). However, San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) are also nearby airport options. From Oakland: • Oakland Airport is 23 miles from the recommended hotel in Walnut Creek, CA. • Public transportation options are available, but they are indirect and time consuming. If arriving via OAK, it's recommended that you rent a car or take a taxi/uber to your hotel. From SFO: • BART operates from San Francisco International Airport to Walnut Creek every 15 minutes. Once on BART, the journey takes a little over an hour. The Walnut Creek BART station is also located a convenient 6 minute walk from the Walnut Creek Residence Inn.
