Lex and I have known each other since we were babies! Our parents have been close friends since high school. Alexa is the older sister I never had. From our fun family trips, to panic at the disco concerts, to being there when Alexa got her wedding dress, there’s just so many amazing memories we share. I’m so grateful that I was chosen as her maid of honor!

Best Man

Luke and Nick met during their freshman year of high school and have been best friends ever since. Luke is actually the person who introduced Nick to his future wife by convincing him to hang out at a youth group after school. It was the best decision is Nick's life. They’ve had each other’s backs through thick and thin and grown together throughout the last 12 years. Luke couldn’t be more honored to be Nick’s best man!

Ashton met Alexa through their college programming board (VTU) during sophomore year, and they quickly became close friends - and so did their boyfriends! She was one of the VPs to Alexa’s Presidency in VTU, and she is so excited and honored to be one of her bridesmaids. Fun fact: She had the pleasure of taking Nick and Alexa’s engagement photos, and was even there for one of Nick’s many failed proposals.

Anthony Aurellano

Anthony (AKA The Mighty Water Buffalo) met Nick while they were both to deployed to Cuba along with the rest of the LT Mafia. They've been through pong tournaments, beach cookouts, and wine nights during the occassional CAT 4 hurricane. Anthony was always there for the Mafia when they needed a ride and Nick made sure to return the favor when Anthony had to juke out the MA's, despite being a man of the law himself. Other than just being the powerhouse of the group, Anthony has also been a really good friend and a great motivation for Nick to go back to the gym.

Being Alexa's chauffer was my first job, well it wasn't so much a job as it was an unpaid internship. Picking her up extra early before school started so we could get bagels. Thinking back I gave up a lot of sleep so we could do that... I'll never get those hours of potential rest back...  but those early morning breakfasts formed one of the closest friendships I've ever had. And I wouldn't trade that for anything. Now here Alexa is, marrying the love of her life. And here I am, single, available, and  ready to watch one of my best friends start a new journey with the love of her life.

Evan and Nick met during their training at BOLC in Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. They both bonded like brothers over the shared hatred of the Hooah lifestyle and found out they actually have a whole lot in common, including a dark sense of humor. They've also been there for each other in tough times and have always made sure to make every fun moment memorable.

Deanna met Alexa for the first time at Alexa’s 21st birthday in NYC! They became fast friends and bonded quickly over Nick’s best man and Deanna’s then boyfriend (and now husband), Luke. Their friendship has grown tighter and tighter over the years as they’ve shared in each other’s joys and celebrations, supported each other through the toughest times, and Deanna can’t wait to stand by Alexa’s side on her wedding day!

Jacob (AKA The Bear Jew) and Nick met during their deployment to Cuba along with the rest of the LT Mafia. They were roommates in what became the Mafia's party house. Every day they argued for fun, drank a beer, and did stupid stuff for the hell of it. Jacob's alter ego, Taquela, has got to be hands down the funniest person Nick has ever had the honor of partying with. Overall, Nick couldn't have asked for a better roommate and life-long friend.

Bella found me lost at a football game and gave me her number, we moved in together the next year. Things escalated quickly but we lived together for the next two years happily. It wasn’t until graduation split us apart that we had to really commit to our relationship but I’m glad we did cause now I’m getting married! (But she’s just the bridesmaid)

Jason has known Nick since he was born and helped raise him as one of the coolest big brothers around. Jason definitely toughened him up throughout childhood. From hanging Nick upside down by the ankles, to constantly beating him in arguments, to namecalling galore, Jason did his best at showing some tough love. But when push came to shove, he was always there to protect Nick and look after him, especially during difficult times. Ultimately, he shaped Nick into the man that he is today.

I’ve been friends with Alexa for 15 years. We first met at school and then developed our friendship at softball. Although she couldn’t play to save her life, her infectious humor and pure heart never failed to make every game a blast. Being friends with Alexa is a gift that I am grateful for everyday. Watching Alexa’s and Nick’s relationship grow throughout the years has been so special and I am so happy that I can be there to celebrate their relationship on this special day.

Kevin and Nick met during their deployment to Cuba along with the rest of the LT Mafia. He and Nick are the undisputed doubles pong champions and leaders of the North Korean National Team. Kevin is an absolute tank, and despite his asian glow and 12 o'clock curfew, he is always the life of the party. His favorite activities are lifting heavy, skipping cardio, and facetiming the boys in only his boxers late at night. Truly an incredible character and a legend among men.

One thing I’ve always admired about Alexa is her confidence, which lead her to approach my roommate and me at a Tech football game and ask to sit with us. We hit it off and ended up becoming friends and living together for three years! Alexa and Nick are such an amazing couple, and I am so excited to get to be part of their special day!

Nick first met Nayan through Virginia Tech Union (VTU), a club that Alexa had joined in college. After accidentally becoming the Director of Films, Nick got to spend more time with Nayan and soon found they had a lot in common. Both were weebs that liked Pokemon, memes, and pranks which is the foundation of any good friendship. Nayan is always a good time to be around and Nick is so excited to have him as part of the goon squad he calls a groomsparty.

Alexa and I met in high school at a haunted house. I was the main Nick in her life for only about a year or so until she met husband Nick . Alexa is the sister I never had and our relationship has only grown stronger throughout the years. A favorite memory is when Alexa and I were doing karaoke when we somehow ended up crashing our heads into each other mid song. I’m so excited to spend this special moment with Alexa while standing by her side.

I met Nick back in high school, at a very confusing and difficult time in my life. What started out as an acquaintanceship due to mutual friends, quickly grew into a real friendship of our own. In no small measure due to his kind and accepting nature, was Nick always there for me; and the memories we share encapsulate an unquantifiable level of laughter and meaningful milestones. Now ten years later he remains one of my closest friends and is a brother dear to my heart. I am honored and humbled to be a groomsman to him on this day where life has allowed these two amazing people to express the love that has bonded them from the day they met. I was fortunate to see the seed of their affection planted all those years ago, and even more so now to witness what it has blossomed into today.

Through years of never having classes together in school, going to colleges 6 hours away from each other, and then living 2 states apart, somehow that never stopped us from being best friends, and I know she is someone who will be in my life forever. I’m so happy to be able to be part of this special day for her and Nick!

Rafael and Nick have known each other since Signora Kazandjian's 7th grade Italian class, back when Nick exclusively wore tie-dye every day and had a curly brown afro. They are the definition of ride or die homies and would go to the ends of the earth to help the other. No matter what, they can always count on the other to have their back and it's a guarantee that they'll be brothers til the end.

Thanks to a connection made by the renowned rapper Sean Michael Leonard Anderson (Big Sean), Alexa and Sam bounced into a beautiful friendship. Together, they’ve journeyed across the county, adopted mysterious alter egos, and even ALLEGEDLY committed larceny by establishing a system that cleverly exploited a loophole in a top ranked institution’s network. They could truly be considered partners-in-crime. While distance has put a temporary pause on their shenanigans, it has been reported that Sam is proud and excited to be part of her next great adventure.

Will and Nick first met through Alexa's roommate, Isabella. Being the charismatic and social butterfly that he is, Will immediately introduced himself and made a new friend. Since then, they've booled and partied at BBQ's, tailgates, and weddings. Both thoroughly enjoy a good pint of beer, a glass of whiskey, and a good conversation. As another viking and adventurer at heart, it was easy for Will and Nick to become lifelong friends.

Alexa and I met through work when she joined the project I was on in 2020. As our roles overlapped we started to bond over our love of Starbucks, dislike of working in the summer heat and the complexities of being women in the construction industry. From our iced coffee trips, to meme ideas, funny dance moves and the crazy situations we dealt with at work, we became fast friends and now I rarely go a day without speaking to her. Alexa is a true friend. It is rare to come across someone so genuine, kind and fun to be around. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with her and am honored to be her something blue!

Boler (AKA The Viking) and Nick met during their deployment to Cuba with the rest of the LT Mafia. He is the undisputed Fight Night Champion and one of the toughest guys Nick has ever met. He was the first to teach Nick about the Old Gods and the glories of Valhalla. Boler was also always the first to rile people up after a few rounds of Golden Monkey. But whenever life gets tough, Boler's always there to get your back. Despite the miles between them, Nick intends on keeping this friendship going for a lifetime.
