When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The deadline for the RSVP is May 31, 2021. You can either mail the RSVP back or RSVP online @ www.zola.com/wedding/artaviaandrichard2021.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, our only requests are that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OHHappyDeans and use our Snapchat filter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/semi-casual.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Daily high temperatures range from 90°F to 83°F, rarely falling below 75°F or exceeding 96°F.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head downstairs and enjoy cocktail hour before the reception commences. Enjoy the food, take pictures, socialize, and take a moment to find your table.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you are allowed a "plus one" but only if the guest is invited. If, the guest cannot make it please email us in advance at artavia.s.williams@gmail.com. Seating for the wedding and reception are limited.
