We have a group booking already established with our travel agent, please use the link below to book your rooms. 
We are requesting that all guests book through our group booking as this will help avoid any additional fees and costs for our guests to attend our group functions. 
Please keep in mind:
-You do not need your passport in order to book your room, but your passport name and your hotel reservation must match.
-Your passport cannot expire before 11/11/2024. 
-You can add on travel insurance and transportation while on the group booking site.
-Our Welcome Party will be on Thursday and Wedding on Saturday so we are hoping everyone can join us for at least three nights!
-$200 deposit required to reserve your room.
-You are not required to pay for your entire stay upfront when you book, you can pay in installments if you want to.
-Final payment for rooms is due by 1/25/2024.
