Hotel
We have communicated with the Western Budget Motel in Ponoka to arrange transportation to and from the venue on September 16th. We highly suggest you book a room ASAP as they are booking VERY quickly. We will be arranging a transportation service (bus or shuttle) to take guests to and from the venue back to this motel. We will send you the shuttle/bus departure time closer to the date. The idea is that guests will drive to the motel directly, then board the shuttle to the venue, and arrive back at the motel after the wedding. As of now these are the rooms available for the night of September 16th. 30 double queen rooms - 2 queen beds $112 + tax 3 king rooms - one king bed $108 + tax 2 king suites - one king bed $164 + tax 2 king/queen suites - king and queen bed $124 + tax 3 queen bed + 2 bunk beds - one queen bed and two bunk beds $164 + tax 3 queen bed + jacuzzi $146 + tax You can cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the date, so again it may be better to book sooner to ensure your spot, even if you have to cancel. The motel does not provide breakfast, however there are restaurants across the street.
Travel Note
Located across the road from Pine and Pond and only offered to Pine and Pond guests. The tent camping is $20/night and RV camping is $40/night. Cars are allowed to stay parked at the venue overnight with pickup the next morning at 10a.m. or you could park at the campsite and walk to the venue. Note that there are no hookups for electrical and there is only a porta potty, no showers. For more information you can email creektopcamping@gmail.com.
