We're getting married!

We were placed in same freshman orientation group (shout-out group 36!) We didn't talk to each other much during orientation, but spent time getting to know the others in the group. What brought us together was attending Encounter Church and both being in Chemistry 115 in the fall of our freshman year. After talking for a week or so we both agreed to go on a run together one morning. That's where the friendship started! We became closer friends attending church together and studying chemistry in the library together every Monday night. Our first official date was Calvin's annual masquerade ball in October. We both come from different places but the longer we were together, we realized that we had a lot in common. This fall will be 6 years since we met at Calvin on commons lawn. Now we get to take the next step together to become husband and wife. We are happily living in GR, Jonathan working as an RN at Blodgett Hospital and Sarah as a physical education and health teacher at a charter school in the area. We aren't sure where God will lead us, but we are ready for whatever comes our way!
