WHERE IS THE WEDDING AND WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please refer to your physical invitation for all details regarding the ceremony and reception venue, as they will be in the same place! The reception begins at 6pm! There will be a cocktail hour from 5pm-6pm to allow time for all of our guests to arrive before the festivities begin!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-formal/formal attire is our preference! This is a time for all of us to dress up and celebrate while looking our best! NO jeans!!! Gentlemen: Dress pants, Khakis, linen pants, dress shirts, polos, a nice T-Shirt, dress shoes. Ladies: Dresses, dress pants and a nice top, sandals, heels, flats (whatever your heart desires) rompers, cute top/bottom sets.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

Answer

The hotel that we have booked provides free transportation to and from the venue, though, we do have a limited number of rooms available. That link is provided on this page. If you choose not to book a hotel room, we ask that you have someone in your group that can get you to and from the wedding safely. Campers are NOT an option at this venue.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

We have opted for a rather intimate ceremony and reception. For this reason, only the people listed on the invitation are formally invited. We thank you in advance for your kindness and understanding!

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Answer

Due to the capacity of the venue, children WILL NOT be allowed at the wedding with the exception of children related to the bride & groom or otherwise stated on your invitation. Please make arrangements for child care on the day of the wedding.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony. There will be two wonderful photographers that will be capturing the ceremony, and that’s the way we’d like it to remain. However, feel free to take as many pictures as you feel necessary during the reception!

IS THE RECEPTION BYOB?

Answer

No. We will have a full bar available during the reception. Any outside coolers or beverages will be confiscated by the venue.
