It all began in November 2021 when fate had us both swipe right on Hinge. Arpit was instantly captivated by Ashlynn’s charmingly horrendous rendition of "Without You" by Miley Cyrus on her guitar—let’s just say it was unforgettable! After exchanging a round of messages, complete with photos of Ashlynn's pup, Luna, and Arpit’s *funny* jokes, we knew we had to meet in person. On December 11th, which coincidentally was Ashlynn's father's birthday, we had our first date at Soulful Soups in Spokane. Over bowls of tomato soup and beer cheese bread, we discovered an undeniable connection. From lunch, we headed to Flagstick Pub, where Ashlynn showed off her competitive side by beating Arpit at mini golf (he’s still recovering). Our date turned into an adventure as we hopped from shop to shop and explored local bars, losing track of time. Before we knew it, ten hours had flown by! That day marked the last first date we would ever have, and we couldn’t be happier about it. As we stand on the brink of forever, we can’t wait to celebrate our love with all our favorite people.
