Wine Tasting at Podere Concori Winery

Group A 10:15 Group B 11:00 Join us for a wine tour at Podere Concori Winery hosted by us! This is a biodynamic winery so the wines are organic and made with no additives and chemicals. Explore and learn how these wines are made. Tour the vineyard and wine cellar. Breath taking views of the Tuscany Valley. Enjoy a wine tasting of varies different wines and a light lunch. Kids are welcomed. There is a lovely donkey and chickens. Indoors is air conditioned. Duration 2 hours. Buses will meet outside of the hotel at the fountain
Welcome Party/Sangeet
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The sangeet is a night of dancing and music with family and friends. So lets begin the celebration with tons of wine and pizza! 7:00-8:30 pm: Cocktail Hour and passed Hors-d'Oeuvres 8:30 pm - Pizza party and tons of dancing! Attire: Indo-western, Bright and Festive. This is an outdoor event in the warm Tuscany evening.

Baraat
9:30 am
The Baraat is the groom's procession into the wedding ceremony. Everyone is welcome to join the festivities. Please gather at 9:45 am - outdoor courtyard. The procession signifies an age-old tradition of the groom who would travel an average of five to seven days to his bride-to-be's home. Nowadays, the baraat is condensed to an hour of dancing and celebration. Don't forget your sunglasses. Wear comfortable shoes! Lots of dancing and walking!
Milni Ceremony
10:00 am
Milni Ceremony occurs before the marriage rituals begins. Once the groom arrives from the Baraat procession, he will be welcomed by the closest relatives of the bride who bless him and offer a token of good luck.
Wedding Ceremony
10:30 am - 12:00 pm
A beautiful ceremony to unite two people in holy matrimony. Attire: Formal: Royal Traditional. This is an outdoor event in a grassy garden so don't forget your sunglasses and sunscreen! Avoid spiked heel shoes. Lunch to follow.
Lunch after Wedding Ceremony
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Enjoy an indoor vegetarian lunch at the hotel's restaurant.
Aperitivo Hour
6:00 pm
"When in Rome, do as the Romans do" A traditional Northern Italy "happy hour" that consist of classic Italy cocktails and delicious appetizers. Attire: Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. This is an outdoor event in the warm Tuscany evening.
