We never miss the Rum & Reggae snorkel tour whenever we visit Key West—it's an absolute blast every single time! The vibe is incredible, the music is great, and the underwater sights are unforgettable. On our last trip, we swam alongside a barracuda, angelfish, doctor fish, parrot fish, and even spotted a blacktip reef shark! It was an amazing experience we’ll never forget!
The Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square is a must-do every time we’re in Key West—it’s pure magic! Watching the street performers juggle fire, play music, and wow the crowd as the sun dips below the horizon is so much fun. The energy is contagious! And once the sun sets, we love heading to El Meson de Pepes for a refreshing drink, where the live music keeps the party going. There's nothing better than dancing under the stars with a mojito in hand and that Key West breeze in the air!
A visit to the Hemingway Home is like stepping back in time—and it’s one of our favorite stops in Key West! The house itself is beautiful, full of charm and stories, but the real stars are the dozens of six-toed cats lounging around like they own the place (because, honestly, they kind of do). One of the coolest little details is the penny Hemingway embedded by the pool—a funny reminder of his larger-than-life personality.
No trip to Key West is complete without a photo at the Southernmost Point! It’s a fun, iconic stop—and just a short stroll away is Sandy’s Café, the perfect place to grab a delicious Cuban coffee. Nothing beats sipping a strong cafecito while soaking up the sunshine and island vibes!
