When and where is the wedding?

Our ceremony will take place on 9/26/26, in the Hill Garden at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm, with cocktails and dinner to follow.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. Think polished but comfortable. We aren't having a bridal party, so feel free to wear whatever color you would like (excluding white - please and thank you).

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get seated before the ceremony begins.

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the Botanical Gardens right in front of the main entrance. If for some reason the parking lot is full, please park at the Birmingham Zoo, as there is a path that connects the Zoo to the Gardens.

What food will be served during the event?

Answer

We are planning on having a charcuterie board during cocktail hour, with a full build-your-own taco bar during the reception.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, we’ll be serving beer, wine, seltzers, and 2 signature cocktails throughout the evening. We will also be serving non-alcoholic options.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so please keep phones and cameras away until after the “I do’s”. After that, snap away and share!

Are children and plus ones invited?

Answer

If your invitations includes “and guest” or “family”, then yes! Otherwise, we are keeping our guest list intimate.
