The Embassy Suites is located in The Woodlands which is about ~30 minutes from our wedding venue and ~25 minutes From IAH. We have a room rate reserved for $159/night. This is an all-suite hotel that is walking distance to a bunch of food, drink and shopping options if you are looking for some activities before or after the wedding! Shuttle Information

October 18, 2019 4:15 pm - 11:00 pm

For the convenience and safety of our guests, there will be complimentary round-trip shuttle service from The Embassy Suites Hotel to our wedding at The Meekermark. There will be 2 shuttles leaving from the Embassy Suites Hotel Departure: 4:15 pm & 4:25 pm | The Meekermark Departure: ~11:15pm FYI- We have been informed that getting an Uber from the venue can be very difficult. If you are not planning on driving yourself, we recommend taking the arranged shuttle!

Residence Inn - Tomball

The Residence Inn is located in Tomball which is about ~20 minutes from our wedding venue! We have a room rate reserved for $99/night. Flight

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

For those coming from out of town, we recommend flying into IAH. It is a much closer uber/taxi/drive to the hotel blocks & wedding venue than Hobby airport (sorry Southwest fans!)

If you wish to get a house for your group to stay in, we would reccomend looking for an airbnb in the Woodlands/ Tomball area!
