Does the wedding have a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request Black Tie Optional attire. Black tie optional is a flexible dress code that allows guests to choose between traditional black tie attire (tuxedos and floor-length gowns) or sophisticated formal alternatives (dark suits and elegant dresses)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please feel free to arrive by 3:30pm for welcome champagne. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the hotel. Day of self parking is $25 and valet parking is $35. Overnight self parking is $35 and valet parking is $50

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Where in the Hilton Bayfront is the wedding?

Answer

The venue name is ‘The Pointe’. It is on the ground floor of the hotel and not accessible through the hotel itself. After parking or valeting please go to the ground floor and follow the signage to the venue past Sweet Things Frozen Yogurt and Starbucks.
