When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4 PM to allow for parking and getting settled in your seats. Please note: The road to the Arboretum is located down 3 miles of a Forest Service dirt road, but suitable for all car types. Please allow extra time when traveling to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail attire for our celebration. Our bridal party will be dressed in shades of green, maroon, and white — we’d love for our guests to choose other colors! Please note: The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors with natural ground (think dirt paths and grass). Please wear comfortable footwear (block heels, wedges, or flats). The evening may get chilly—jacket/coat is recommended.

Can I bring a date/Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We ask that only guests named on the invitation attend.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Parking is available for the ceremony/reception. See below FAQ for alternative transportation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle running from a designated pick up point that will take you to the venue. There will be available shuttle rides from the venue to the designated drop off area. More details to come!
