We're Getting Married!

It was a blind date (Thanks Social Media!) and it was the best first date we've both ever been on. In true Emily fashion, I got lost on my way to the restaurant. Tyler called me with the perfect directions "Face West and look to your 3 O'clock," I went silent on the other end of the phone. Tyler chimes in "Look for the big Tiki man and stop light." From that moment on he knew what he was going to be dealing with; a strangely adventurous girl who was very directionally challenged. When I first saw Tyler I tried to shake his hand and he tried to give me a hug, it ended with him wrapping his arms around my neck and me with one arm locked down to my side and the other uncomfortably stuck between us. Nailed it. Tyler took us to a beach side restaurant where we both had one beer, he ordered oysters (not a super sexy first date food just FYI), and stayed for four hours. It was truly wonderful.
