Question

Covid Policy?

Answer

We've been in the pandemic for 2+ years now. If you are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive within a week of our wedding, please stay home. We would rather you take the time to rest and relax! We are asking that everyone be vaccinated (unless for medical reasons) as it is the safest way for all of us to gather! If you are not vaccinated we ask that you please wear a mask.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. So think dress and button downs with ties.

Question

Are kids allowed at the reception?

Answer

While we love your little ones as much as you do, Mom and Dad need a night off too! Any children under 16, are not allowed.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a pretty tight guest list. Unless you have "and guest" on your invite, please do not bring extra people. We can only accommodate those on your invitation.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are both at Crystal Lake. The Ceremony is just a short drive down the road. Don't worry, we'll have signs and guides to help you get to where you need to go!

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (New England weather permitting lol) and the reception is indoors.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages for cocktail hour!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We suggest getting there at least a half an hour before the ceremony starts.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

For the ceremony you will have to park down at the driving range parking lot. Attendants will be out directing you and golf carts to take you from said lot to the ceremony space. Then, the cocktail hour/reception you'll see the large parking lot right outside. Parking is free unless you choose to use the valet.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Please let me know if you have any allergies and need special food accommodations!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Deadline is September 1st. It will be online as that is the easiest. Some people do have a RSVP post card they can send back if they choose to but both are not needed!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Check out the travel tab for hotel info!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

100%! We would LOVE to see all your photos you take of the day. Just NOT during the ceremony. But any other photos you take throughout the day we would love to have. Make sure to use our hashtag! #AllAbouttheArnolds

Question

Are you going to allow phones/cameras during the ceremony?

Answer

Please please PLEASE leave your phones/camera/ipad etc on silent in your pocket/purse/bag etc. We are paying our amazing photographer and her staff to take some glorious photos during our ceremony. Just sit back and relax and enjoy this moment with us!
