The Wedding Website of Lisa Sorgi and Jamie Arnold
Our ceremony will be located in Forsyth Park in the Historic District of Savannah. The reception will be in the Starland District .8miles from Forsyth Park. Hotel, BNB, and home rentals will be on the higher end and harder to book in the historic district. There are additional options just a few miles outside this area for much lower prices. Please feel free to book where you are most comfortable. Our AIRBNB is a few blocks from Forsyth Park. If you have a few people in your group I highly suggest looking into home rentals as they can give you much more for a similar price compared to the hotels in the same area.

VRBO is also a great website to look for any houses near the historic district.

Flight

Flights

Milwaukee and Chicago both have flights to Savannah. At this time it does not appear Milwaukee has nonstop but Chicago does. There is also an airport in Charleston, SC which is approximately 2 hours from Savannah and there maybe better options from that airport. Additionally, if you like driving Atlanta has a large airport that is about 4 hours from Savannah.

Driving

Savannah is an approximate 16 hrs drive from Milwaukee, WI. If you chose this option Nashville is a good half way point approximately 7.5hrs from Savannah. If you want to drive further but not all the way Atlanta is also an option being only 4 hrs from Savannah.
