For everyone that is coming from abroad, we recommend flying to Bologna airport so it's easy to get to a hotel somewhere in the city centre of Bologna. There is a monorail going from the airport to the central station of Bologna, which is also in the city center. We will arrange a shuttle bus to the venues on the day itself from a location in the city center. For everyone coming a day (or more) early, Bologna is a beautifull city to explore and discover all what makes Bologna famous. From the arcades (portici) to the beautifull Basilica of San Petronio or for our food lovers, try some crescentine, mortadella or a cotoletta alla bolognese.
Firstly, please let us know if you have any allergies so we can inform the venue, and don't forget to select your meal option on the RSVP. Once we arrive at the restaurant, we’ll start with appetizers, followed by lunch, which will include a tasting of 3 first courses (primi) and two main courses (secondi). We have options for everyone—meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and kids. No true Italian experience would be complete without wine, so each course will be paired with some lovely selections (though other drink options will also be available). After lunch, there will be a dessert buffet, followed by the cutting of the cake. You definitely won’t go home hungry!
You can RSVP on this website, please click on 'next event' to decide the meal options as well!
Please confirm your presence before July 15th so we can also help with transportation for our internationals!
Dress elegantly, but kindly avoid white and black dresses if possible. As the weather in September can be unpredictable—and since the venue is in the hills—we recommend bringing something warm, just in case.
Yes, kids of all ages are welcome. There is enough space at the venue for the kids to play and run around and there will be a special kids menu.
Yes, there is plenty of space to park your car at both locations.
