Where will the wedding be taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at The Lands in Urbana, OH.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is available for all guest.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal - Dress to Impress We invite our guests to dress elegantly while remaining comfortable. Please note that we kindly ask all guests to refrain from wearing the color black. Men: A dress shirt paired with dress pants or khakis. Women: Dresses or skirts of an appropriate length. We Kindly ask that guests refrain from pant suits.

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, we would love for children to come to both ceremony and reception. Our venue offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court and a game area to enjoy during the appropriate times. They even offer a quite area for the younger babies along with a crib or two. We just kindly ask that children are supervised and seated during designated moments throughout the day. Parents and guardians are responsible for the care, supervision and safety for their children.

Are there nearby hotels?

Answer

Yes, there are limited options in Urbana, with more accommodations available in Springfield. About 20-30 minutes from the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, we recommend planning a designated driver or rideshare if needed.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have an amazing photographer that will do a wonderful job at getting beautiful photos to share with everyone. With that being said it is a no phone ceremony. At the end of the ceremony there will be a designated time for guest to snap some photos but until that time we ask phones and other cameras are put away.
