Please RSVP no later than the 15th of March, 2026.
We ask that our guests arrive no later than 4:30 PM to ensure you are seated with plenty of time prior to the ceremony at 5:00 PM.
The venue has a very large lower parking lot for those arriving by car. The mansion is at the top of a hill, so we will provide a shuttle to ferry guests from the lot to the entrance. You can also walk up a set of stairs. There is a very limited upper lot for those who may need a more accessible parking spot. Please let us know in advance if you will need to use these spaces.
If we are lucky enough to have good weather, the ceremony will be held outside and some of the reception festivities will be outside as well. In case of inclement weather, it will be wholly indoors.
Officially the dress code is cocktail attire, but for those looking to be more whimsical, we love the idea of people dressing like they are going to a Renaissance Festival wedding. Floral and botanical prints are also encouraged.
Dinner will be served buffet style. Sides include green salad, grilled seasonable vegetables, and potato gratin. Entree options will be: Grilled chicken with citrus Old Bay beurre blanc and roasted tomato confit Lightly blackened salmon with fresh fruit salsa Spring vegetable pasta with pesto & shaved parmesan reggiano
We have selected a menu that has options for vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free guests. All allergens will be listed at the buffet. If you have any concerns, please let us know and we can arrange to have a special plate prepared.
Our theme is broadly: whimsical.
Bridesmaids will be in light purple, groomsmen will be in light grey suits with a light teal accent.
Yes, we would kindly ask that any kids under the age of 14 stay home.
Of course, gifts are not required; we will be thrilled just to have you at our wedding. We do have a registry of some items we selected. If none of those are speaking to you, we have a honeymoon fund featured in our registry as well.
The Liriodendron Mansion is a historic house built in 1898 by Dr. Howard Atwood Kelly. It has a museum space that highlights the Kelly family that we highly encourage guests to peruse. More information at: https://new.liriodendron.com/history/
No, we did not reserve a hotel block for guests. We have linked a few hotels for our handful of out of town guests, or you may prefer to book through Airbnb. If you are concerned about accommodations, please reach out and we can try to help!
The ceremony and reception are both being held at The Liriodendron Mansion.
Nicole has chosen to keep Six as her last name, rather than adopting Armstrong. In lieu of a joint last name, we have created a unique family crest that joins both our names. You can see it on both the save the date cards and our invitations.
