Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be adults only, with the exception of our bridal party’s flower girls and ring bearer.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal / Black Tie Optional – Think elegant winter attire. Suits, tuxes, long dresses, or elevated cocktail dresses are perfect. Please bring a coat, hat, gloves, etc. in case we are able to have a quick outdoor ceremony as planned!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run between our hotel block (Schoenbrunn Inn) and the venue throughout the night. The first shuttle departs at 8:35 PM and the last shuttle will depart at 10:30 PM.

Where can I park at the venue?

Ample parking is available at the venue. Follow signs and venue staff guidance for the best spots.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 3:30 PM. The reception will begin immediately after.

Are there any local accommodations?

Answer

We’ve reserved rooms at our hotel block: Schoenbrunn Inn. Booking link and details are above under the "travel" tab. If there are no more rooms available by the time you’re ready to book, reach out to Alexandra or Dylan and we will have more rooms added. Please note there is also a pet friendly hotel that we will not be providing transportation for.

Can I bring a plus one?

Invitations are addressed individually. Please check your invite or online RSVPs for your guest information.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than November 15th to ensure we can accommodate all of our guests. If we don’t receive an RSVP from you by this time, you will be marked as a “no.” We will miss celebrating with you, but we are required to provide a final guest count to our vendors prior to the wedding.
