Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your wedding invitation. When you RSVP, please only list the name(s) on the envelopes.

Please send in your RSVP, or RSVP through the website, for your party no later than March 1st, 2026.

Yes, the Fairfield Inn in Clinton and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Knoxville-Clinton!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Wear your best spring semi formal attire! For ladies this can look like spring colors, floral patterns, mid to floor length dresses/skirts. For the gents this would be khakis, spring colored button ups, or suits/blazer. Think light and breathable fabrics! NO DENIM PLEASE!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones, but to allow all guests (including parents!) a night of relaxation, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration — with the exception of children in our wedding party and a few very special little guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking on the premises,the ceremony and reception are at the same venue. There will be priority parking closer to the venue for those who have mobility issues.

Does The Venue Have Any Guidelines or Rules?
Answer
Yes! The venue does have a few ground rules that they ask all guests to abide by. 1. No guests other than wedding party allowed upstairs or in the grooms area at anytime. 2. Private areas of The Kincaid House are off limits to all guests. 3. No smoking or vaping on property. 4. No alcoholic Jell-O shots or shooters are permitted. 5. No alcohol will be served prior to the ceremony, and only the licensed bartender may serve alcohol. 6. Once wedding ceremony begins, no alcohol shall be consumed outside of the licensed ABC bartender. The Kincaid House owners and curators reserve the right to cancel the event immediately if consumption of alcohol outside of the licensed bartender occurs. 7. No champagne spraying.
