We recommend arriving by 4:00pm to park, find your seat, and settle in before the big moment. If you’re coming from the Charlotte area, be sure to leave a little extra time for traffic — it can be unpredictable, especially on a Friday afternoon!
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors with the reception to follow indoors
Our wedding will be cocktail attire! For women, think dresses, midi or knee-length styles, or a dressy jumpsuit. For men, a suit or dress pants with a button-down and jacket works perfectly — ties are optional. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing jeans and sneakers.
Please RSVP by August 23, 2026 through our wedding website on the “RSVP” page.
While we love your little ones, we're keeping our wedding as an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, enjoy the night, and dance the night away!
Due to venue restrictions, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invite says “and guest,” then yes — we’d love for you to bring someone! Otherwise, we truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
We’d love for everyone to be fully present during the ceremony. Please keep your phones and cameras tucked away so we can enjoy the moment together — professional photos will capture all the memories!
Yes, we’ll have beer and wine, as well as a self-serve lemonade and water stand!
We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner with two main entrée options. When you RSVP, we’ll ask you to select your preferred entrée so we can have plenty of your favorite ready for you! We kindly ask that you stick to the choice you submitted with your RSVP — it helps us make sure there’s enough food for everyone.
Yes, there will be plenty of parking available! There will be someone directing traffic to park at the ceremony location when you arrive. After the ceremony, you will be able to drive down the hill and park in the lot by the reception location.
