When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 1:30PM to allow time to find parking and walk down to the chapel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nice, warm attire, typical church clothes and of course no back or white dresses as it is a wedding. :)

Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside?

Answer

The reception will be inside with heating. The ceremony will be outside depending on weather. There is an outdoor chapel that we plan to have the ceremony at, but if weather does not permit, we will have the ceremony at the indoor chapel. Both chapels are on Camp Marymount grounds so we will be there either way. The reception is also at Camp Marymount, so there will be no need to drive anywhere in between. :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a date if the date personally knows either the bride or groom. Please also let us know if you plan on bringing a date so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, but please let the bride and groom know prior if you plan on bringing children under 18 years old.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of parking for both the ceremony and reception.

Is there shuttle transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is parking on site so no need for shuttles. If you do not have a car rental, we recommend carpooling with someone who has a car, or taking an Uber or Lyft. If that is not an option for you, please let us know before hand so we can arrange transportation for you.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Christmas is around the corner from our wedding and it is the beginning of winter break for all nearby schools so there will be many travelers on the road. Nashville is a booming city with heavy traffic at times so please plan accordingly.
