We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Otherwise, we would love to keep this as an intimate event with our nearest and dearest :)
We absolutely love your littles and truly regret that we cannot accommodate them at our wedding. Unless your children are specifically mentioned on your invitation, we kindly request that you arrange for childcare and enjoy the celebration as a date night on us!
Please RSVP by March 1, 2025 with proof of travel arrangements. To provide proof of travel, guests can consider the following options: - Flight Confirmation: A copy or screenshot of your flight itinerary or booking confirmation. - Hotel Reservation: A confirmation email or booking receipt from your accommodation. - Travel Package: Documentation from a travel agency or tour operator that outlines your travel plans. - Rental Car Reservation: A confirmation email or booking receipt for a rental car. Thanks for getting back to us quickly so we can wrap up our plans. Please note that we won't be able to accept any late RSVPs.
You will be missed dearly! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you previously RSVP'd "attending" but find that you can no longer make it, please notify Armani as soon as you are aware. Thank you!
If you do not RSVP by March 1, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our venue and vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you will not be allowed to show up on our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you.)
We kindly request that our guests strictly adhere to a formal, ALL-BLACK attire. Semi-formal required, formal preferred. Any material is welcome, as long as it’s entirely black. Please no other color nor colored prints. Your choice of sophisticated black attire will enhance the elegance, unity and timelessness of our celebration. To uphold the formal ambiance, women are encouraged to wear formal midi or floor-length dresses or elegant pantsuits, while men should wear suits or dress shirts and pants/ie faitaga. Please no jeans or cargo pants. Thank you for helping us make this day as beautiful and special as the love we share.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm. Cocktails, dinner and dancing will follow.
We recommend arriving by 2:30pm to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and get comfortable. Please keep in mind that most locations on the island are at least a 30-minute drive from Kualoa Ranch, so plan accordingly and allow extra travel time.

The weather on Oahu in May is warm and sunny, making it a great time to visit! The average daytime highs are around 85°F (29°C), while nighttime lows dip to about 72°F (22°C). Rainfall is minimal, with averages of 2-3 inches throughout the month, so there's a low chance of rain showers :)
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and also want to ensure our professional photographers and videographers are able to capture every precious moment. Other than the ceremony, YES! Please feel free to capture as many photos/videos as you want and DON'T FORGET TO SHARE THEM WITH US! For those special moments you do capture, please use the QR code provided to upload your photos and videos. :)

Venue specific parking is available in the three levels to the right of the venue roadway and includes specified guest parking signs. No parking is permitted on any of the roadways (drop-off is OK). Kualoa Ranch will provide signage on the event day to guide you to the venue parking. If you need assistance upon arrival please locate the nearest parking attendant.
