How do I get to the wedding venue? Entrance?

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place in an outdoor garden; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the ground. The reception will be held indoors in an air-conditioned barn.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will be guided to the Compass Plaza, located next to the ceremony space, for cocktail hour and light refreshments. While you mingle, the wedding party will be taking photos nearby and will join you once finished.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is ample free on-site parking for guests!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us start the celebration right on time! We recommend arriving at 4:30pm, as we will be promptly starting at 5pm. Please allow time for parking, finding the venue, and getting seated. Please plan to be seated before the official start time—at weddings, “on time” is considered late.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We can only accommodate guests listed on your invitation, including children. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We’ve put together a list of four great options located about 20–40 minutes away. We found a mix of budget-friendly stays that are also conveniently located near local attractions. We’ve also reserved two Airbnbs (10 bed, 2.5 bath and an 8 bed, 4.5bath) for the wedding weekend. If you’re interested in staying there to save on costs, contact Arlette at 508-484-3171. When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 15th, 2026 (03/15/2026) so that we could coordinate headcount with our vendors! 🙏🏼

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed appetizers accompanied by an open bar. The bar will be a selection of wines and beers.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Dinner will be served during the reception! We’ll have a buffet style dinner with some of our favourite meals we would love to share with you! There will be an open bar serving a signature cocktail along with select beer, wine, and liquors.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
