If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that our guests dress in formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie or a shirt & tie.

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Please refrain from these colors: navy blue & light/baby blues, white, champagne & gold.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We have a small registry, but your presence means everything to us! We would truly appreciate any contributions to our honeymoon & newlywed fund. You’re welcome to send a gift via Venmo, Zelle, or bring a card on the wedding day. Venmo: AE_herrada Zelle: 510-731-8939

Question

What time does the church ceremony begin?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM at St. John's Cathedral. Doors open at 1:30 PM, and guests should be seated by 1:50 PM as the processional will begin shortly before the ceremony.

Question

Are there any church dress code requirements?

Answer

Yes. St. John's Cathedral has a traditional dress code, and we kindly ask guests to dress respectfully for the ceremony. If your outfit includes spaghetti straps, off-the-shoulder styles, or a high slit, please bring a cover-up or shawl and pin slits closed while inside the church. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The venue will open for cocktail time at 3:30 pm.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us; the hangover is on you! (:

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Can I bring a different person if the person named on the invitation cannot attend?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only, and we have a specific guest list for our limited space. We will only be able to accommodate the individuals named on your specific invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No", so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes", but find that you will not make it, please notify the bride or groom as soon as you're aware.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids! However, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you understand and can enjoy a fun date night!
